Chabby chic

Whiteness and all the shades of white mixed with another colours have always been a huge trend and a success in interior designing. Bright colours never merge perfectly with all interiors though they manage to overwhelm the area with positive reflections. This is a comparison to intense colours that tend to often dominate within the interiors.

A room which is dominated by white or lighter colours or completely other colours with a white tint, creates a very professional, cosy and warm atmosphere.
In recent years the popularity of shabby chic furniture has been gained – in other words it is a stylised antiqued wood. This furniture represent the South European style. They add lightness and cosiness to any interior.

Most of the shabby chic furniture is a hand-antiqued furniture, it is done so using special paints and varnishes.
Apart from the interiors with chabby chic furniture – many use this style to further painting of wooden floors and wooden roof trusses in white. And hands down – it always looks phenomenally fresh and cosy. Most importantly when combined with a fireplace in a room many declare they would never leave the room if it was possible.
